Sending a paper (article) does not guarantee that it will be accepted; it must meet the requirements and endorsement of the Scientific Committee of the Congress.
All proposals must include a maximum of four authors per presentation.
All works for the conference will be reviewed by the Scientific Committee and the academic similarity system used for the Congress, which will be made up of internal and external evaluators of the event, selected for their career and expertise in research, these works may be approved, or partially rejected, so that the author can modify, according to the scientific committee report, or completely rejected. In all these cases, the teacher who sent their proposal will be notified via email.
All presentations must be presented by the authors, at least one of the authors must present, in the case of more than one.
Before acceptance, all papers will be reviewed with a coincidence detector software used by the Congress, admitting up to 10% similarity, to ensure that they are unpublished, in the event that they do not conform to academic standards and levels. , the response and percentages of similarities resulting from the assessment with the academic similarity system used will be sent to the author or authors via email, which, if the quality standards are passed, will be considered understood and sent to the speakers who The proposal will not be part of the Congress, nor will it be registered or published.
For presentations: The author will participate through a platform to make his presentation in 10 minutes and interact by answering questions with the audience present.
Registration as a speaker, or as a listener, attending the Congress will be completely free.
